When a Realtor joins Giving Tree Realty, we ask them to pick a charity that is near to their heart. Then we encourage them to get involved with their charity at a local level, including fundraising, special events, working on a committee, or sitting on a board.
We complete the circle by pleading a donation to that charity for every home our Realtor sells. Not only does the charity get financial support from each sale, but they also get exposure, branding, and increased awareness. They’ll also get assistance from our entire organization.
Through an abundance of training, coaching, mentoring, and support, we are building a culture of caring, compassionate, and competent individuals.
